Free Shipping
- Carrier: EMS
- Cost: Free for orders over €50
- Processing Time: 1-2 business days
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our refined collection. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, our return policy ensures a seamless process.
General Conditions
- You have 15 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return or exchange.
- Items must be returned in their original condition – unworn, with all original packaging, tags, and labels attached.
- Shoes must show no signs of wear or dirt.
- Customized or limited edition items may not be eligible for return (see below).
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Slippers (Chausson Pantoufle)
- Customized or made-to-order items
- Items showing obvious signs of wear or use

Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned items.
